A $250 charge plus a $50 refundable deposit* (total due $300). Covers 6 hours of community center rental, and includes the use of the kitchen. The $50 will be refunded if time frame and cleanup parameters are met per the contractual agreement. If applicable, deposits are mailed by check to the point of contact within 7 – 14 days.
When possible, request must be submitted at least 1 month prior to the date of the event.
Saturday events must begin after 2:00 pm.
An additional charge of $50 per day for audio/video equipment setup and usage.
The Community Center fees are based on a 3 hour usage rate. A $50 deposit is required for rentals. This cost does not include a prepared meal. The 3-hour time-frame begins at the approximate arrival of the family when back from the interment site. Sanctuary: If you are a member, there is no charge*** for the worship service held at Asbury United Methodist Church if the appointed pastor of Asbury is utilized as an officiant or eulogist. (see worship service funeral guidelines).
